1. Who we are

This site is run by Mateus Camargo, an independent iGreen licensee (ID 123205). It is not operated by iGreen. We are not employees, agents or legal representatives of iGreen. iGreen has not reviewed this site. Mateus Camargo is authorized by his iGreen license to use the iGreen name and marks to identify the products he offers. That permission does not make this site iGreen, and we do not claim to be iGreen or to own it.

2. What this site does

We describe iGreen Mobile and the iGreen license program and send you to iGreen's official checkout. Your agreement for service or for a license is with iGreen, under iGreen's terms. We are not a party to it.

3. Referral compensation

We may earn commissions, bonuses and cashback when you sign up through our links. This is a material connection, and we disclose it.

4. No guarantee of results

We try to keep it accurate, but plan details, prices and campaign rules come from iGreen and can change. The official iGreen page controls.

Do not misuse the site, scrape it, or try to interfere with its security.

Site text and design belong to us. iGreen names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or lost profit, from using this site or from your dealings with iGreen. Our total liability is limited to $100.

10. Third-party sites

Links to iGreen and other sites are not under our control.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of Santos, SP, Brazil, unless the law of the place where you live gives you the right to go to court there.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Using the site means you accept the current version.
